The star of the Royal Swedish Ballet has no diva attitude as “the artists I’ve highly admired turned out to be the humblest people”. She has always wanted to learn something new and the passing of time doesn’t scare her. It was not easy to decide where to begin, when I started preparing myself to interview Nathalie Nordquist. The more I tried to put ideas in order, the more issues and topics I wanted to discuss arose.  As one of the Royal Swedish Ballet’s longest serving ballerinas, she has danced with two companies and was guest of several more, and her repertoire spanned a wide array of genres, from the great classics to the chefs-d’oeuvre of the twentieth century and some contemporary creations of today’s prominent choreographers.
