To gain deeper insights into the artistic vision and the rigorous process behind the scenes, we had the privilege of sitting down with Kanji Segawa, the newly appointed Assistant Rehearsal Director of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. With a rich background in both classical and contemporary dance, Segawa brings a unique perspective to the company.
