The first took place on January 24 to 28, 2018 at the Julius Littman North Miami Beach Performing Arts Theater in North Miami Beach, Florida. Competitors from different countries participated in this exciting new dance event, receiving medals, cash awards, and scholarships to different dance programs around the USA and abroad. The distinguished international jury included Heather Fryxell (USA), David Palmer (Australia), Niculae Vieru (Germany), Ivy Chung (Hong Kong), Maria Teresa del Real (USA), Miao Zong (France), Cheng Hsienfa (Singapore), and Zane Wilson (USA).
Founding Artistic Directors Vladimir Issaev and Yanis Pikieris announced the dates for next year’s edition which will take place from January 23 to 27, 2019 in the city of North Miami Beach. For more information visit: www.miamiibc.com
