If I\u2019d thought it was going to be a difficult experiment, I was wrong. Two pieces of modern ballet I\u2019ve seen in London floated immediately to mind; both had captured me with the same component: Emotion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liam Scarlett\u2019s ballet <em>Consolations and Liebestraum<\/em> was danced by three male\/female couples and depicted the lifestyle of a relationship &#8211; it\u2019s blossoming and later, fracturing love. I was entranced by the intricate, unpredictable interactions, but equally by the deep love and sorrow emanating from the dancers.
