Nach den Berichten diverser Berliner Zeitungen kehrt Ralf Stabel, der ehemalige Leiter der Staatlichen Ballettschule Berlin, an die Institution zur\u00fcck, allerdings in anderer Funktion. Stabel wurde von der Senatsverwaltung rehabilitiert, nachdem diese f\u00fcnf Gerichtsprozesse um seine Entlassung verloren hatte. Er hatte die Schule von 2007 bis 2020 geleitet und wurde ebenso wie der k\u00fcnstlerische Leiter Gregor Seyffert 2020 von der fr\u00fcheren Bildungssenatorin Sandra Scheeres entlassen. Nun unterstrich die Senatsverwaltung das \u201ehohe internationale Ansehen\u201c, zu dem Stabel der Schule verholfen hatte. In dem Schreiben hei\u00dft es weiter: \u201eDie gegen\u00fcber Prof. Dr. Stabel im Zusammenhang mit den K\u00fcndigungen erhobenen Vorw\u00fcrfe haben sich als gegenstandslos erwiesen. Die fristlosen, hilfsweise fristgerechten K\u00fcndigungen haben den gerichtlichen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen durch das Arbeitsgericht Berlin und dem Landesarbeitsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg nicht standgehalten. Das Bundesarbeitsgericht hat die Weiterbesch\u00e4ftigung als Schulleiter der Staatlichen Ballett- und Artistikschule Berlin best\u00e4tigt. Prof. Dr. Stabel und die Senatsverwaltung f\u00fcr Bildung, Jugend und Familie sind sich einig, dass Prof. Dr. Stabel fachlich und pers\u00f6nlich nichts vorzuwerfen ist. Sie sind sich weiter dar\u00fcber einig, dass die Aufnahme einer T\u00e4tigkeit als Schulleiter nur einvernehmlich erfolgen wird.\u201c
\nGregor Seyffert wurde bereits im April rehabilitiert. Stabel wird sich nun der tanzhistorischen Forschung widmen und steht der Senatsverwaltung f\u00fcr Bildung, Jugend und Familie f\u00fcr Beratungen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n
According to reports in various Berlin newspapers, Ralf Stabel, the former director of the Berlin State Ballet School, is returning to the institution, albeit in a different role. Stabel was rehabilitated by the Senate Administration after it lost five court cases concerning his dismissal. He had headed the school from 2007 to 2020 and, like artistic director Gregor Seyffert, was dismissed by former education senator Sandra Scheeres in 2020. The Senate administration has now emphasised the “high international reputation” that Stabel had helped the school achieve. The letter continues: “The allegations made against Prof Dr Stabel in connection with the dismissals have proven to be unfounded. The dismissals without notice, or alternatively with due notice, did not stand up to judicial review by the Berlin Labour Court and the Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Labour Court. The Federal Labour Court has confirmed the continued employment as headmaster of the Berlin State Ballet and Artistic School. Prof Dr Stabel and the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family agree that Prof Dr Stabel is not guilty of any professional or personal misconduct. They also agree that the appointment of Prof Dr Stabel as head teacher will only be made by mutual agreement.”
\nGregor Seyffert was already rehabilitated in April. Stabel will now devote himself to dance-historical research and will be available to the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family is available for counselling.<\/p>\n
