Cannes, France – On 18 and 19 April 2026, the iconic Croisette will once again become a vibrant meeting point for the international dance community. The 11th edition of the Cannes Croisette International Dance Competition invites young talents from around the world to showcase their artistry before a distinguished jury of experts in classical, modern-jazz, and contemporary dance.
Organised by the Association Danse Émotion and supported by long-standing partners, the competition offers not only a platform for performance but also real opportunities: in previous years, numerous dancers were invited to auditions or received professional engagements directly following their participation. This year’s prize fund exceeds €15,000.
Under the patronage of Michèle Mercier – actress and classical dancer – the event champions values of exchange, respect, and generosity. Dancers aged 7 and above may enter in the “Amateur” or “Pre-Professional” categories, either as soloists or in group formations.
The venue is the Théâtre Croisette at the JW Marriott Cannes. Registration is now open, and spectators are warmly welcomed. Tickets are available online or at the theatre box office.
