Thuringia State Ballet in Gera, German is searching dancers for the main company and for the apprentice program as well.

Thuringia State Ballet and the newly appointed Artistic Director Vitalij Petrov are looking for dancers and apprentices from season 24/25. Auditions will take place in Gera, Germany on December 10th, 2023 for the main company, and on December 17th for the apprenticeship program for selected applicants and by invitation only. For the company, we are seeking exceptional dance artists with a strong classical background and prior experience in a ballet company. For the apprentice program, the requirements are: strong classical technique and no prior professional engagements. The duration of the apprentices’ contract is two years.
