Adam Linder, Drip Tekhne

A work exploring the transformation of unformed beings into complex technological entities becomes a lens through which to reconsider the role of dance in an increasingly digital world. Choreographer Adam Linder was invited in 2024 by Marina Mascarell, artistic director of Danish Dance Theatre, one of Northern Europe’s leading contemporary dance companies, to make a new work for the ensemble. The result is Drip Tekhne, a striking balance of craft and futuristic vision, performed with vibrant energy and precision by its ten dancers. At its Italian premiere at Biennale Danza 2026 in Venice, the work left the audience electrified.
